We offer you our last well decorated T1 apartment (max.2 persons)overlooking our sub-tropical green oasis with a daily continental breakfast and Wireless Internet access for only Euro 55,50 per person/per day .
Price is based on two persons staying minimum for one week.

Last T2 apartment available in August !!!!!!!!

A T2 apartment, for max. 4 persons, overlooking the flowerful subtropical garden, consists of a livingroom with a dining part, a well equipt kitchen with a fridge, electric cooker, micro-wave, coffee machine, toaster etc, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), two bathrooms (one with a bath and one with a shower) and you have your own terrace with garden furniture and sunbeds with cushions.
The price of this apartment in the period from the 18th of July to the 1st of September 2010 is only Euro 135,00 per night (normal price Euro 157,50 per night).
Included in the rental price are all the local taxes, the daily maid service (except on Sundays and national bank holidays), the use of water, electricity and the access to our (salt water)pool.
All our apartments are non-smoking, have satellite television and will be provided with bed linen, kitchen - and (bathroom)towels. Bed linen will be changed once a week, kitchen- and (bathroom)towels twice a week.
As an extra facility, to make your stay even more enjoyable, we have a wireless internet connection in all the apartments, without additional charges (although we would appreciate a small donation at the end of your stay for the local Handicapped Children´s Institute “NECI”). You can bring your own laptop computer and use the internet service, in the comfort of your apartment.

Drahtlosen Internet verbindung und Fernsehern bei Quinta Paraiso da Mia (WLan)
All unsere Apartments sind Nichtraucherapartments und sind mit Fernsehern ausgestattet, über die Sie zusätzlich zu internationalen Programmen, auch Ihren Heimatkanal ARD und ZDF empfangen können. Sie haben auch die Möglichkeit via W-LAN in Ihrem Apartment (mit eigenem Notebook) E-Mails abzurufen oder sich im Internet zu informieren. Für diesen Service erheben wir keine Gebühr, wir bitten Sie aber stattdessen um eine Spende für die Einrichtung NECI (Einrichtung für geistig und körperlich behinderte Kinder).
